A diblock copolymer consisting of tetrahydropyranyl acrylate (THPA) as a pH‐deprotectable block, and a permanently hydrophobic block, methyl acrylate, was synthesized by RAFT polymerization using a quaternary amine functionalized, hydrophilic, RAFT chain transfer agent. The polymer self‐assembled in water to form vesicles with Dh = 130 nm, as determined by DLS and cryogenic transmission electron microscopy. Acid catalyzed deprotection of the THPA units to yield acrylic acid resulted in a vesicle to micelle morphology transition, as evidenced by the decrease in hydrodynamic diameter to Dh = 19 nm and the observation of micelles by dry state transmission electron microscopy. © 2014 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. The booming development of organometal halide perovskites in recent years has prompted the exploration of morphology‐control strategies to improve their performance in photovoltaic, photonic, and optoelectronic applications. However, the preparation of organometal halide perovskites with high hierarchical architecture is still highly challenging and a general morphology‐control method for various organometal halide perovskites has not been achieved. A mild and scalable method to prepare organometal halide perovskites in inverse opal morphology is presented that uses a polystyrene‐based artificial opal as hard template. Our method is flexible and compatible with different halides and organic ammonium compositions. Thus, the perovskite inverse opal maintains the advantage of straightforward structure and band gap engineering. Furthermore, optoelectronic investigations reveal that morphology exerted influence on the conducting nature of organometal halide perovskites.  相似文献

Metal‐assisted chemical etching (MaCE) on silicon (Si)—mediated by polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP)—is systematically investigated herein. It is found that the morphologies and crystallographic natures of the grown silver (Ag) dendrites can be significantly modulated, with the presence of PVP in the MaCE process leading to the formation of faceted Ag dendrites preferentially along the (111) crystallographic phase, rather than along the (200) phase. Further explorations of the PVP‐mediated effect on Si etching are also revealed. In contrast to the aligned Si nanowires formed by MaCE without PVP addition, only distributed nanopores with sizes of 200 to 400 nm appear on the Si surfaces in the presence of PVP. The origin of surface polishing on Si in the PVP‐mediated MaCE process can be attributed to the distinct transport pathway of holes supplied by the Ag+ ions, where the holes are injected directly into the primary Ag seeds, rather than through Ag dendrites, thus leading to the isotropic etching of the Si surface.  相似文献

1,2-bis(2′-aminophenoxy)-4-methylbenzene provides a Schiff base by reaction with 2-pyridinecarboxaldehyde. The stereochemical rigidity of ortho-aminophenyl diamines causes this latter, as well as the corresponding nitro precursors, be chiral. The chiral conformation of the diamine precursor is maintained in the octahedral zinc(II) and cobalt(II) complexes prepared from the Schiff base. The crystal structures of [ZnL(NO3)(H2O)]NO3 and CoLCl2 complexes exhibit non-planar cis-α configurations with both enantiomers (Δ and Λ). This implies that in the Schiff base ligand the two α-diimine systems shape an octahedral cavity having the same chirality of the precursory diamine.  相似文献

Coordination clusters of 3d metals continue to attract the intense interest of the scientists from the synthetic inorganic chemistry, bioinorganic chemistry and molecular magnetism communities. We review here the synthetic strategies employed in a continuous effort to obtain new and potentially magnetically interesting dinuclear molecules based on iron, manganese, chromium, and cobalt metal ions. The reported systems are pure homometallic 3d materials. We have focused on describing aspects of the synthesis, the crystal structures and the magnetic behaviour of these coordination compounds with low nuclearity. A deep solid-state and magnetic characterization of these systems has allowed us to gain evidence regarding the role played by weak exchange interactions and geometrical factors on the slow dynamics of the magnetization. In addition, the analysis through ab initio calculations has provided a valuable insight into the influence of organic periphery, bridging ligands, and remote substituents on the exchange coupling constant (J). In the case of a dinuclear complex based on manganese, the largest ferromagnetic interaction between two MnIII has been observed (J = 19.7 cm−1).  相似文献

We introduce first a sort of gray-scale morphological dilations and erosions, which might have some further applications in image analysis. Then we show that the dilation and the erosion defined here form adjunctive pairs.
